Not exactly my style (I like murdered-out late-model 'bubble'-style Caprice wagons), but that condition+that mileage?
NP, all the way.

Is that a 305 or 350? Either way that thing is clean and a slicktop to boot.

Can you afford to feed it?

Fair price. I love that '87-'90 vintage of Caprice, but I personally wouldn't call it NP.
If you want a mint, original, full grandparent-spec Caprice to leave as-is and drive to church, it's perfect. NP.
If you just want a decent, clean Caprice to hot rod and have fun with, it's overkill. CP.

Man, you could build one hell of a sleeper out of that! NP

I have to say nice price even though it's not my style. How clean it is just blew me away.

concerns:
* 5-digit odometer that could have rolled
* if the miles are that low, there is a reasonable chance the car sat for an extended period of time which could cause issues with the car's fuel delivery system
but if the car checks out, nice price. if not, it still looks incredibly clean and a great basis for a minor restoration if the price can reflect that.

NP. I learned to drive on one with the exact same color combo. That one had a 245k on it though.

This makes me want to cosplay the Dragnet movie.

NP because it's in awesome, awesome shape.
In spite of the fact that the VIN checks out as a 305 V8, which makes it an L03, or as the Chevy guys call it, an LOL03.
